All prices are per room and night.
The local tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for guests aged 14 and up.
Your booking is considered fully confirmed as soon as the deposit of 30% of the total amount has been received.
The deposit is paid by credit card and is non-refundable. Before your arrival, we’ll send you an email with all the information on paying the remaining balance.

In the case of a cancellation between booking and 15 days before arrival, the deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained.
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the stay is considered non-cancellable.
Online bookings are paid in full before arrival.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
If you’d like some extra peace of mind, we’re happy to help you arrange travel cancellation insurance.
Check-in is possible from 1:00 pm. Information about self check-in will follow in good time before your arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.
And in case something about your trip changes at short notice:
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full booked stay will be charged, since the rooms usually can’t be re-let on such short notice.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 am.
After that, cafés, mountain huts, pizzerias, and quite a few good restaurants await around Valdaora.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and apartments, or in the indoor common areas.
Dogs, cats, and other pets are welcome with us.
We charge €25 per day, including a blanket and bowl.

Four-legged friends are not allowed in the sauna area.
